Preparation of wound bandages made of 2 formulations, formulas 1 and 2. The preparation of the first wound bandage is made from formula 1 by adding the amount of glycerol. The manufacture of the wound bandage was continued to formula 2 by combining the extract of Citrus hystrix with a concentration of 1.5; 2; 2,5 and 3%, and then a test of the parameters of the preparation of the wound bandage was carried out. The test parameters performed on each formulation are organoleptic tests and swelling tests. The organoleptic tests PU and PUA-PUD did not show the presence of changes, odors, shapes, and colors of the Preparation bandage. The preparation PUA-PUD is the result of a combination of effective formula (PUB) with Citrus hystrix extract that can improve the quality of preparation as an antibacterial. © 2025 Author(s).
