Abstract

This study aims to determine the development process, feasibility quality and evaluation of student learning outcomes during the pandemic which requires educators to conduct online assessments based on mobile learning. The research approach is mixed methods research. The development steps were adapted from the model developed by Dick and Carry with the stages of implementation consisting of: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. After that, a limited application will be carried out in one class to obtain data on student learning outcomes using authentic test instruments with scientific literacy based on a mobile learning system. The conclusions from the research are; 1. The printed teaching materials that are produced in the form of modules are in accordance with the criteria set to be used in lectures and can be uploaded to the system and based on the pretest data it is known that students' initial knowledge of kinematics, dynamics, and Work & Energy materials still very low. 2. After the instrument was validated by a team of experts as a whole, the average result was above 90, this can be seen from the construction, language and substance, an average value of 95.85 was obtained with a very good value category. © 2022 American Institute of Physics Inc..
