This research was purposed to find out interaction science process skills to creative thinking ability with implementation of guided inquiry models in Analitytical Chemistry course. Therefore, a research was conducted to 83 students at Department of Chemistry Education, Universitas Negeri Medan in fourth semester of 2019/2020. The result show: The science process skills of preservice chemistry teacher who are taught by guided inquiry are better than those of conventional models because there is a difference in the average N-Gain value of 25.32% with N-gain in the experimental class 73.10% and the control class 47.78%. Based on the t-1 test, the t-statistical value is 5.1999 > t.-table for = 0.05 and df 81 is 1.663, meaning that the science process skills of preservice chemistry teacher in the experimental class are better than the control class. There is an interaction between science process skills and students' creative thinking skills in guided inquiry learning, because it examines the creative thinking ability group, the average value of science process skills in the upper group (82) students is higher than the lower group (74) in the experimental class. © 2023 Author(s).
