Findings indicate that VR-AI integration improved listening comprehension by 25 to 30% and significantly enhanced learner engagement and motivation. Beyond pedagogical benefits, this research demonstrates the entrepreneurial potential of VR–AI learning products as scalable educational technology solutions aligned with SDG 4 (Quality Education) and SDG 9 (Innovation and Infrastructure). The study contributes to language pedagogy, cross-border education policy, and edtech entrepreneurship by proposing a model for sustainable, market-oriented innovation in foreign language teaching. © 2026 by IGI Global Scientific Publishing.
