Abstract

This study aims to analyze the characteristics, feasibility, and effectiveness of an online (website-based) supervisory mentoring management model to improve the managerial competence of public senior high school principals in Southeast Aceh Regency. Employing a research and development approach with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation), the study involved 20 principals as the research sample. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, questionnaires, and tests. The results show that: (1) the model is characterized by usability, clarity, aesthetics, and web accessibility; (2) expert validation confirms its high feasibility; and (3) implementation of the model significantly enhances principals' managerial competence. In conclusion, the online supervisory mentoring management model is both feasible and effective in strengthening the managerial competence of senior high school principals in the region. © 2026, University of Hawaii Press.
