Abstract

This study aims to determine lecturer performance in the implementation of blended learning and analyzes the effect of the main influencing variables. The study was conducted at the State University of Medan. The results show that ICT capability has a positive effect on lecturer performance either directly or through learning materials and LMS. Learning materials significantly affect the performance of lecturers, but this is not the case with LMS. Learning planning has a significant effect on lecturer performance even though learning resource support is not significant. The main determinants of lecturer performance are leadership, learning planning, and learning materials. © 2022 Restu Restu & Sriadhi Sriadhi; published by UIKTEN.
