Parents tend to impose their will when choosing formal or non-formal schools for their children. Due to not aiowiiig the interests a talents of the child. This makes it difficult for children to develop. Finding a child psychologist o consult is also one of the challenges for parents today. In dealing with problems, answers are often found that do not lave certainty. The high and low level of uncertainty in the identification results is influenced by uncertain rules and user nswers. The Certainty Factor method is a mathematical theory to accommodate the uncertainty of an expert's thinking, n order to describe the level of expert confidence in the problem at hand.
